  1. How long do I have to request a return?
    You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We call it our no-stress window.
  2. What are the conditions for a return to be accepted?
    Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Just hang onto your order confirmation email — we’ll need it to verify your purchase.
  3. How do I start a return?
    Contact us at heart@heartedm.com to get started. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Heads up: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    Please don’t send anything back until we’ve given you the green light — returns sent without approval can’t be processed.
  4. What if my order is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
    Please check your order when it arrives. If anything’s wrong, let us know right away at heart@heartedm.com. We’ll check it out and make it right, no hassle.
  5. Are there any items that can’t be returned?
    We can’t accept returns on:
    • Custom or personalized items (including special requests)
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
    • Items not in their original condition or packaging
    • Items damaged after delivery
    To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  6. Do you offer exchanges?
    The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
  7. What about the European Union 14-day cooling off period?
    If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days — no reason needed. As always, the item must be:
    • Unworn or unused
    • With tags and in original packaging
    • With proof of purchase
  8. When will I receive my refund?
    We’ll notify you when your return arrives and is approved. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Just a heads up: your bank or card provider may take a little time to process it on their end. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at heart@heartedm.com.

    Please note: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
